Dr. Raul Taras advises nationally and internationally active companies and insolvency administrators on all issues of insolvency law and assists the parties involved in all stages of restructuring. Another focus of his work is litigation in insolvency-related matters. This includes both the assertion and defence of claims in connection with insolvency avoidance and directors' and officers' liability.

Dr. Taras is also a permanent co-author of the NJW-Spezial for the insolvency law section.
