Dr. Michael Schaumann is a partner in the area of restructuring and advises national and international companies on all issues of insolvency and corporate law. Another focus of his work is advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He has particular experience in advising corporate groups on the restructuring of complex financing structures as well as the purchase and sale of companies out of insolvency. Another focus of Dr. Schaumann's work is advising companies in self-administration. His industry focus is particularly on the construction industry, trade and renewable energies.
