Christian Bärenz heads the Restructuring and Insolvency practice group at GÖRG. He has particular expertise in advising on complex, cross-border matters and distressed M&A transactions. Christian is regularly instructed by both domestic and foreign insolvency administrators and has been involved in numerous major restructurings, both in and out of court. He also acts as CRO in debtor in possessions proceedings.
